At this time, we are not able to process online deposits if your bank account is not in the US. But this is something we plan to open up in the future!
Meanwhile, you can still use the platform to send invoices to your families and keep track of their cash or check payments.
To use our platform to just send and receive invoices, log into the web app and navigate to the billing page. Click on "Invoice" and then the orange "create new invoice" link, and you will be directed into an invoice creation flow (this applies for the plans page as well). Once you have created an invoice, your history will start to appear on that Invoices page instead of our prompt to set up your bank account.
