brightwheel is always trying to help you manage your school. We have released new Admin tools within the mobile app for school owners. Here are a few commonly asked questions:
What are the features of Admin Tools?
Admin tools can be found on your mobile app. Admin tools is where you can do student and staff check in, Room Check, Update your School Profile and get access to billing and reports (web only)
You will also see a dashboard of your current room count, number of students, parents and staff. From there you can also add additional students, rooms, parents, and staff.
Who can access Admin Tools?
Anyone with Admin Privileges can see the Admin Tools.
What is the experience for Staff?
The Admin Tools are not listed in the menu of the staff's account. Staff cannot see or access the Admin Tools part of the app
